SUMMARY

REPORT," for the Material Balance Period ending April 31,1997 at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF). Final values for Items 1-9 are included.

The LEID, Active Inventory, Throughput, and associated Limits for the LEU report were last recalculated for the 1996 material balance period. These terms are currently being reevaluated in j

accordance with Critical Procedure NMM-CP-490. A revised NRC Form 327 for LEU will be submitted to the NRC to include 1997 values for Active Inventory, Throughput and associated Limits within 60 calendar days of the Physical Inventory in accordance with FNMC 5.3.3(a).

The LEID/SEID will be revised if recalculation is required in accordance with FNMC 4.2.5(a).3.
