STATE OF COLORADO PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORT FOR THE NRC/ STATE OF COLORADO ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NRC-31-83-668 Attached is the appraisal report for the State'of Colorado Environmental Monitoring Cooperative Agreement for the period January 1 through December 31, 1984. The appraisal report includes a review of the 1984 annual report and addresses corrective actions taken regarding deficiencies noted in the appraisal conducted May 30-31, 1984.
Based on the findings of the attached appraisal and the progress made by the State of Colorado technical personnel to improve the program's ef fectiveness, it is recommended that the Environmental Monitoring Cooperative Agreement for the area surrounding the Fort St. Vrain Generating Station be continued.
