This is an additional response to your letter dated February 4,1986 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), documents relating to the delays, or progress, of construction at the Bellefonte plant.
Our February 21, 1986, letter stated that this was the final response to your request. However, we have recently received additional documents subject to your request. Copies of the five documents listed on the enclosed Appendix C are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
