This refers to the routine inspection by Mes es. T. Rebelowski, F..Casella, and
J. Shedlosky of this office from January 7 to february 24, 1986 at the Millstone
Point Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3.
The inspection findings were discussed with
Mr. Crockett and other members of you staff during and at the conclusion of the
inspection.
During this inspection period, a number of operational events occurred, including
licensee identified violations, which required corrective actions.
These events
and the related corrective actions were the topic of a meeting at the Region I of-
fice on March 13, 1986.
Details of that meeting have been provided under separate
correspondence (NRC Meeting Report 50-423/86-05).
No violations were_ identified and no reply to this letter-is required.
