NRC-09-93-233 ENTITLED " NUCLEAR SAFETY ATTACHE POSITION AT US MISSION IN VIENNA"
Dear Ms. Brand:
This letter is a follow-up to several telephone conversations betweem Ms. Ann Covington, Department of State (DOS), and Mr Donald King, of my staff, in which they discussed DOS's concern with reducing the period of performance under the subject agreement. We understand that your request to reduce the performance period is the result of DOS converting its financial support agreements with the supported agencies from FAAS agreements to the new ICASS financial support system in FY 98.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and signature are four presigned copies of the subject modification and revised Memorandum of Understanding Between The
. Department of State and The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (MOU).
If you agree with the provisions contained therein, please sign three copies af both documents (MOD NO.5/MOU) and return them to tho address below.
