COORDINATION OF RESEARCH PROJECTS RELATED TO DECOMMISSIONING AND LOW-LEVEL WASTE To facilitate communication between our branches, I've assigned Robert B. Neel, Health Physicist, of my staff as our point of contact for this topic. I've tasked him with maintaining status information for each project. To facilitate this effort, I request that you have your Project Managers forward to him copies of any draft and final project reports.
in addition, I would like to arrange semiannual project briefings for DWM management and staff. Bob Neel will take the lead in arranging these meetings.
Finally, I request a brief summary for any new projects that are approved by the WMB.

suggest that they include the following information: the name of the project manager (or principal investigator), a paragraph or two that describes the project, the deliverables (products), the due date(s) of the deliverables, and the estimated cost by FY.
