This is to inform you of the assignment of Mr. Eugene M. Kelly of our regional office to the Limerick Resident Inspector Office as Senior Resident Inspector (SRI) effective July 7, 1985. Mr. Kelly will be responsible for NRC activities relating to the startup testing and operational inspection programs for Units No. I and 2.
Mr. Kelly received his Bachelors of Science in Physics in 1972, and a Masters of Science in Engineering in 1979.
He has been with Region I for about 3 years in the Division of Reactor Projects and is an NRC qualified inspector with re-cent-experience at both Susquehanna and Shoreham.
