Re: La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 46 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment is in response to your application dated December 12, 1985.
The amendment would increase the maximum average exposure of any fuel assembly not on the periphery of the core from 16,800 MWD /MTU to 18,000 MWD /MTU.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notices.
