At the hearing in this proceeding on December 5, 1984, the

Intervenors requested that Applicants produce a copy of a i

" security investigation" involving a document allegedly stolen

from Evert Mouser (tr. 22221-22). Counsel for Intervenor reported that Mr. Mouser reported that counsel for Applicants possessed the report of the security investigation.

A search of Applicants' counsel's files has not identified or yielded the report described by the Intervenor. A search of the files of TUGCO corporate security in Dallas has not identified or yielded any such report. A search of the Brown & Root site i corporate security files has identified one report which may be l responsive to Intervenor's request, if construed broadly. We l
