the period of August 10 to October 11, 1984, of activities authorized by NRC

Construction Pemit No. CPPR 147, for the Wolf Cmek Generating Station and
to the discussion of our findings with Messrs. F. T. Rhodes

and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined durinq the inspection included site tours; reactor coolant
l
pump seal leakage; p' ant procedures; IE Circular follouup; Safety Evaluation
Report review; conduit separation; quality concerns; preoperational
testing; emergency preparedness; event fo11oump; comparison of as-built plant
to FSAR description; and operations followup of training on modifications.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of

procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and obser-
!
vations by the inspectors. These findings are docissented in the enclosed
i
inspection report.

During this inspection, it was found that certain of your activities were

in violation of NRC requirements:
