This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. A. Caldwell and
Ms. C. Abigail Evans of this office during the period September 24 -
October 12, 1984, of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit CPPR-126
for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, and to the discussion of our findings

Areas examined during the inspection included the security plan and

implementing procedures. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of

selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews

with perscanel, and observations by the inspectors. These findings are

documented in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identified.

The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by

10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the
