CONFIRMATION OF MEETING nnNGEMENTS - H. B. ROBINSON 2, BRUNSWICK 1 AND 2, AND SHEARON HARRIS 1 This confirms the telephone conversation on January 3, 1986, between Mr. S. Zimmerman of your staff and Mr. P. Fredrickson of my staff concerning a management meeting to be held at your Harris Environmental and Energy Center on January 23, 1986. The time of the meeting was established as 10:30 a.m. This meeting will be open to the public. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.

We requested this meeting to review the results of our Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) program for your H. B. Robinson, Brunswick, and Shearon Harris facilities. This program involves an appraisal of your regulatory performance by selected NRC managers. Your regulatory performance was evaluated for the period of May 1, 1984, through October 31, 1985. The results of this evaluation, the SALP Board Report, will be forwarded to you approximately two weeks prior to our meeting.

Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
