Panciera of my staff on December 17, 1985, concerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on January 21, 1986, at 10:00 a.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss an event involving an apparent failure to control personnel access to the protected and vital areas of the Hatch Nuclear Power Plant.
