Millstone Units 1,- 2, and 3 - Haddam Neck Nuclear Power Plant This letter responds to your. letter of February 3,:1984 with regard to the establishment of a consolidated alternate location for certain Emergency.
Operations Facility (EOF) functions in the Corporate Emergency Operations Center in Berlin, Connecticut for both the Millstone Nuclear-Power Station -
and the Haddam Neck Plant. This center is located approximately 20, miles from"the Haddam Neck Plant and approximately ~40 miles from the Millstone Nuclear Power Station.
You are hereby advised that the Commission' finds-that your position 1s-
. r.ceptable with regard to the location of this alternate facility for.both plant sites. Approval of the other features of this facility as well as the approval of your other Emergency Respcnse Facilities (ERFs) for both plants will be determined during post implementation appraisals to be 1
conducted at the Haddam Neck and Millstone plant: sites by the NRC_when all your ERFs have been completed.
