Dear Mr. Daltroff:
As part of his duties as NRC Operating Reactors Project Manager for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station facility, we are requesting that Gerald E. Gears be granted unescorted access to the protected and vital areas of your installation.
Mr. Gears is scheduled to undergo the general training program (GET) in radiological protection, security and personnel safety given by Philadelphia Electric Company at the Peach Bottom facility on March 17 and 18, 1986.
