One hundred percent of all ISI pressure boundary examinations performed for RFO-5 were accepted by examination. That is to say, they met the Code's initial, conservative inspection criteria and required neither Engineering evaluation, nor repair, nor replacement as the Code justification for continued service. Over 99% of all ISI examinations of supports performed for Cycle-5 were likewise accepted by examination, with the balt.nce being ace.epted by evaluation.
Based on these facts, it is reasonable to conclude that the Code systems have been maintained and continue to function within the design envelope.
