Box 26666 Richmond, VA 23261 Gentlemen: SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-338/85-24 AND 50-339/85-24 This refers to your December 13, 1985, response to our Notice of Deviation issued November 14, 1985, concerning the activities authorized under NRC operating License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station Units Nos. 1 and 2. You stated in your response that an Engineering Evaluation in support of the design and testing of penetration fire seals is being submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. Therefore, upon completion of NRR's review, the outstanding issues associated with this deviation will be disposi- tioned according.
