H022 Analyzer declared inoperable.
" 02-84 At 1650 hours0.0191 days <br />0.458 hours <br />0.00273 weeks <br />6.27825e-4 months <br />, a low reading was noted in the "C" main steam line flow.
At 1811 hours0.021 days <br />0.503 hours <br />0.00299 weeks <br />6.890855e-4 months <br /> power was reduced to 25% for investigation of the "C"
steam line.
At 2040 hours0.0236 days <br />0.567 hours <br />0.00337 weeks <br />7.7622e-4 months <br /> testing discovered "C"
inboard Isolation valve was inoperable.
MSL "C" was isolated with outboard MSIV.
