Areas Inspected:
Included a review of security force training and qualifica-tion records and a review of two open items regarding Security Organization-Management and Access Control Personnel.
The inspection involved 20 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector during the day shift.
Results:
Based on this preoperational inspection, the inspector determined that the licensee has completed the required documentation specified in the approved Training and Qualification Plan for those security officers currently assigned to the site.
Additionally, the two open items related to Security Organization - Management and Access Controls - Personnel were closed.
No items of noncompliance were noted.
