' to Moisture Intrusion in Electrical Equipment at Commercial Power Reactors Following resolution of peer review coments, we have cocapleted the enclosed study of moisture intrusion in electrical equipment at comerical power reactors.

The report provides: (1) a review of the operating events reistad to noisture intrusion in electrical equipment at commercial power reactors;.

(2) an analysis and evaldation of these operating events; and (3) recomenda-tions that, if implemented, could reduce or prevent most of the. failures -

The recommendations contained in this report are under review within the Huclear Regulatory Connission. The report is being forwarded for your information and use as you deem apprcpiate.
