HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Pursuant to your letter dated January 10, 1986 (E.G. Adensam, NRC to C.A. McNeill, PSE&G) Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby amends our commitment in letter dated October 25, 1985 (R.L.
Mittl, PSE&G to W.R.
- Butler, NRC).
Public Service Electric and Gas Company commits to fully comply with the Commission's response to further regulations or requirements relating to 10 CFR 50.47(b)(12) to the extent that such compliance is within its control.
To the extent that full compliance is dependent upon action required to be taken by state and/or local governmental agencies or other entities over which PSE&G has no control, PSE&G commits to use its best efforts to assure compliance by such agencies or entities.
