The attached index provides an itemized listing of pertinent information found in the Radiological Emergency Response Plans for New Jersey and Delaware.
This information includes agreements and lists of medical facilities specified for treatment of off-site contaminated and overexposed members of the public.
Copies of the pertinent information from the respective plans are also provided as attachments.

10/25/85 Reactor Regulation Letters of agreement to the State of Delaware from medical facilities, which specifically reference the Salem Nuclear Generating Station (SNGS), have been acknowledged as appli-cable to Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) in the Delaware Radiological Emergency Response Plan, dated August 30, 1984.
In addition to the above information, PSE&G will address full compliance with the Commission's response to the GUARD remand upon issuance of such response.

Dear Major Spedding:
Salem County Memorial Hospital will provide necessary services to the general public from the area surrounding Artificial Island Nuclear Cenerating Station.
This service is available to those individuals who ecy be radioactively contaminated, as well as to those who present no specific hazard.
Space is provided for up to twenty-five (25) cases which eay involve radiological hazard victims.
Our staff is trained in handling and treatment of patients who may have been exposed to excessive radiation or bear radioactive surface contamination.
Other treatment includes methods of obtaining samples that may be used to evaluate total radioactive exposure and respiratory uptake.
Written procedures detailing the actions necessary for the implementa:icn of these procedures will be used.
Practical training and practical exercises will be continued to insure this capability is maintained.
