GRAND GULF EXAMINATION REPORT 416/0L-85-01 The NRC administered examinations on August 12-16, 1985, to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the examinations, the examiners provided G. Lhamon, Operations Training Supervisor, with a copy of the written examination and answer key for review. The facility comments are discussed in Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided as Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
