VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 APPENDIX "R" FIRE PROTECTION MODIFICATIONS STATUS OF SCHEDULE EXEMPTION ITEMS In Virginia Electric and-Power Company letter, Serial No. 431A, dated September 14, 1984, we requested a schedular exemption pursuant to 10CFR50.12(a) regarding Appendix "R"
modifications.
In a subsequent letter, Serial No. 85-723A dated November 14, 1985, we identified one modification, Pressurizer PORV Isolation, Item I.6, which was not expected to be completed as intended during the present Unit i refueling outage due to a seismic qualification concern with a position switch.
Accordingly, we amended our schedular exemption request to extend the completion date for this item.
This letter is to notify you that the pressurizer PORV modification, Item I.6, was completed during the Unit 1 outage. NRC review of our Appendix "R" schedular exemption request amendment dated November 14, 1985 is no longer necessary and is hereby withdrawn.
