This report provides an updated list (attached) of nonfunctional fire barriers reported in our November 31, 1985 Special Report 85-13, and identifies any nonfunctional fire barriers detected or created since that report which were not restored to functional status with-in seven (7) days.

The District has evaluated each nonfunctional fire barrier against the require-ments of Technical Specification 3.14.6 and has verified that the appropriate fire watch has been established.

An updated status for each penetration program area is given in the following.

The work scope for each area was described in Special Report No. 85-11.

1.

Electrical Penetrations - The work identified in Special Report No. 85-11 as scheduled for completion by November 29, 1985, has been completed.

Additional penetrations have been breached as a part of ongoing work and will be closed upon completion of the activities that resulted in the barriers being breached. The schedule for closure of the surveillance breaches is still in the development stage.

The inaccessible bus ducts (BD) will be sealed during the next scheduled refueling outage as pre-viously reported.

The fire tests on the conduit through cable tray seals are presently being performed.

2.
