Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit No. 1 The Cormission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Arrendrent to Fecility Operating License and Opportunity for Prior Hearing." This notice reletes te your application for amendment to License No. DPR-9 dated May 17, 1985. The amendment would extend the expiration date of License No. DPR-9 for approxirately 40 years to March 20, 2025 consistent with the expiration date of the Fenni Unit flo. 2 license. The proposed extension would retain the possess-but-not-operate ccndition of the present license.
