The Commission has completed the review of your November 4,1983 response i to Generic letter (GL) 83-28 items 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 dealing with periodic maintenance and trending of parameters of the reactor trip breaks (RTB) for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Unit Nos.1 and 2. Our evaluation includes the adequacy of the responses related to preventive maintenance and surveillance programs and trending of critical parameters for the RTBs. Our evaluation concludes that your responses to these items are adequate in content and therefore are acceptable. We consider our review for items 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 complete. [
