On October 26, 1984, we reported a potential 10CFR50.55(e) item to Region I [ Reference (b)]. This item was initially identified during the Construction Appraisal Team inspection and was subsequently addressed in our response [ Reference (c)] to said inspection. Interim reports were filed

[ Reference (d)] on December 28, 1984, [ Reference (e)] on April 3, 1985, and

[ Reference (f)] on July 10, 1985.

The required review of the 829 connections has been completed. Of the 829 connections, a total of 6 have been found to require rework. The required rework has been initiated for field disposition by Nonconformance Report 74/2723.

Upon completion of this work and final quality control inspection, we will be submitting a final report.
