Please find enclosed the objectives for the 1986 Graded Exercise of the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan, scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 1986.

These objectives are submitted in accordance with federal request contained in Reference (b) to submit exercise objectives 75 days in advance of the exercise date.

This package consists of the exercise objectives for the utility, the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The objec-l tives were developed and approved by a State / Utility Scenario Development l

Task Force consisting of representatives from the New Hampshire Department l

of Public Health Services, New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency, Massachusetts Department of Public health, and Massachusetts Civil Defense Agency.

Demonstrate the functional adequacy of all Emergency Response Centers.
