GENERAL Emotovees are not permitted to possess firearms or weapons, illegal (nonorescription) crugs, or alcoholic bever.

wim sucn situations in a just and secure manner. This responsibility and autnerity rests with the Project Man.

items may be conducted in his/her presence to confiscate any contracand. Physical searcnes or clothmg searcnes will be conducted only as outlined below. Searches are to be performed with discretion and consideration for the employee. Empicyees refusing such searches will be terminated.

With a witness, confiscate the contracand from the employee, if the i
contrabarid is drugs, advise the employee vercally and in writing that i
he/she will be placed on suspension pending the outcorre of the drug test results.

refuse to voluntarily surrender contraband material will be terminated.

Advise the Security departrntnt. Industrial Relations of the situation.

If the drug is found to be illegal, terminate the employee.

All illegal contracand that is confiscated will be turned over to the local '
autnorities for procer disposal.
