This' refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs.
'R. L. Hague and R. J. Leemon of this office on October 1 through November 30,

1985 of activities at Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1-and 2, authorized by
-NRC Operating Licenses No. DPR-24 and DPR-27 and to the discussion of our
findings with J. J. Zach at the conclusion of:the inspection.

LThe enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined
during the. inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
a selective examination of procedures and representative records,
observations, and interviews with personnel.
