CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - V0GTLE - DOCKET NO. 50-424 This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. W. C. Ramsey of your staff and Mr. M. V. Sinkule of my staff on October 9,1985, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Region II Office on October 21, 1985, at 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Ramsey requested this meeting to present additional verification data on Vogtle Readiness Review Module No. 5 " Operations Organization and Adminis-tration" in response to the NRC inspection findings and concerns initially expressed to you at an exit interview on this module October 4, 1985. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
