Dear Dr. Grace:
My letter of October 30, 1985 stated that the corrective action for Violation 413/85-05-02 would be complete by December 2, 1985.
Due to the number of procedures that require review and revision, this will not be completed until August 4, 1986.
We have implemented interim measures as described in our response of April 23, 1985, which will continue to ensure no further violations of this kind.
