Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an addendum to Inspection Report Nos. 50-373/85003; 50-374/85003
transmitted by our letter dated February 21, 1985.
This addendum consists of
comparisons of analyses performed on a liquid sample collected during the
inspection. The results of the gross beta comparison consitutes an agreement,
but due to the low level of activity in the sample, none of the other three
comparisons was usable.
A new sample will be collected at the first
convenient opportunity. We will close Open Items 50-373/85003-02;
50-374/85003-03
Please attach this addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have regarding this addendum.
