Re: Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-352/353-0L

Dear Mr. Cullen:

This will confirm our recent telephone conversation concerning the need to file copies of answers to discovery requests with the O' fice of the Secre-tary. As I indicated, I have discussed this matter with Wdge Kohl and Judge Hoyt. They have agreed that there is no need to fila .ders to discovery requests with the Secretariat if those answers have not been delivered to the Boards. The Licensing Board Order of June 1,1982 does not require anything to the contrary.

Such matters are solely within the discretion of the attorney providing the answers. A copy of the cover letter should be filed so that the Docket reflects delivery to the party making discovery. However, unless you desire it,. copies of the answers themselves need not be included.
