& Light Company (MP&L) will remove operators holding operating license serials SOP-4216, OP-6239, and OP-6241 from licensed operator duties until additional training is provided to these operators in certain MP&L will notify your office when this training has been areas.

In addition, the operator holding license serial SOP-20108 will not be assigned licensed operator duties until concerns regarding his qualifications and training are resolved with your of fice.

A program to verify the level of plant knowledge for all control room operators is currently being developed.

The specific commitments associated with this program will be provided for your review as soon as the program is finalized. The verification program will be implemented prior to exceeding 5% power.
