PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN UPDATE
Dear Mr. Weber:
Enclosed is an updated Physical Security Plan for Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance for the Combusting Engineering, Inc., Hematite facility.
This submission is being made under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e), as the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. The plan was written and implemented to meet the provisions of 10 CFR 73.67.
This submission, designated as Revision 3, constitutes a complete replacement for the plan as amended through November,1992. Editorial changes and corrections have been made and the entire document has been reformatted. Also enclosed is a description of significant changes and a table of contents. Six copies of this document are provided for your use.
