The staff responded to the PTS requests in a separate Amendment of Order which had as an enclosure a safety evaluation (SE) discussing proposed changes. We have also completed our review of the proposed R0P changes as discussed in the attached safety evaluation (Enclosure 1).

Based on our Safety Evaluation, we concur with your proposed Recovery Operations Plan Changes. Our approval of your R0P Change Requests No. 29 and 32 is Change Approval No. 31. Affected pages are also enclosed (Enclosure 2). These changes shall be effective November 22, 1985.
