D We are pleased to provide the attached report in partial response to NUREG-0991, Confirmatory Issue #12 (Sections 5.2.4.3 and 6.6.3).
This report certifies the completion of the PSI examinations of the Unit I reactor pressure vessel, piping components, and piping supports. Please note that the Commercial Service Date, required per ASME Section XI, IWA-6000, has not yet been determined. We will provide this date when it is established, at which time the resolution of this item for Unit I will be complete.
