Dear Mr. Keppler:

This letter serves as the final reports pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e) for Deviation Analysis Reports (DAR) 106, 127, and 153 which are applicable only to Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Unit 2.

In each case Unit i resolution has already been effected. The final report on DAR 106 for Unit I was filed on April 26, 1984. The final report on DAR 127 for Units 1 and 2 was filed on June 10,'

1983, as modified by letters dated December 21, 1983 and June 7, 1984. The final report on DAR 153 for Unit 1 was filed on June 14, 1984.

For each of -these DAR's, the description of deficiency and analysis of safety implications remains as documented in the final reports referenced above. The corrective action activities noted in each final report will be implemented as necessary for Unit 2 on a schedule consistent with Unit 2 construction.

This information is being provided to fulfill previous filing commitments and to ensure that the Unit 2 record is accurate. Future filings pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e) applicable to presently identified Unit 2 construction deficiency reports will be made consistent with the PNPP Unit 2 construction schedule.
