TOPICAL REPORT CPC-2A (REV. 4) QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS Attached is an information copy of Revision 4 of Consumers Power Company Topical Raport CPC-2A - Quality Assurance Program Description Fcr Operational Nuclear Power Plants. This Revision 4 dated September 16, 1985 is being submitted dua to organizational changes made at Consumers Power Company and is etnsidered a new annual report in fulfillment of the requirements of 10CFR50.54 (a) (3) (the last annual report was submitted in May, 1985). Also ettached are: a list showing those pages which have been changed (a vertical bcr shoes where change occurs); and, a matrix which shows the revision, the resson for change and the basis for concluding that the change has not 1stsened the level of commitment.
Since this submittal fulfills the annual r;quirements of 10CFR50.54(a)(3), we considor the date for our next annual raport to be reestablished as being due one year from the date of this letter.
