Reference 2: Letter to G. R. Iiorn from W. D. Beckner (USNRC) dated February 19,1997,
" Third Ten-year Interval Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Program Relief Requests (TAC No. M94530)."
In Reference 1, the Nebraska Public Power District (District) submitted its Third Ten-year Interval inservice Testing (IST) Program and associated relief requests. In Reference 2, the I
Commission provided their findings with respect to the requests for relief and their approval of certain proposed alternatives. Relief Requests RV-6, RV-7, RV-11, RV-12, and RV-14 were denied.
I The District has revised the five previously denied relief requests and hereby submits them for review as revision 1.2 to the IST Program. The revised pages to the IST Program are contained in the attachment to this letter. Please update your copy of the IST Program with the attached information.
