The NRC decision for disposition of traveller package number TSTF-019 concerning relocation of resistance temperature detector and thermocouple calibration details is to Modify the change package. The Technical Specifications (TSB) and the Instrumentation and Controls Branches (HICB),
Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, agree that if the evaluation in j of the HICB memorandum dated December 17,1996, (enclosed) is complied with, this change package will be acceptable.
