The Applicants have this day filed their answers / responses to the interrogatories / document requests served by CASE on August 27, 1985.
The time for responding was the subject of some discussions with CASE's-representative in this docket.
The Board will note that, wherever an objection is interposed, the Applicants have also moved for a protective order.
This was done because of the potential ambiguity of 10 C.F.R. $ 2.740(f).
In point of fact, we are discussing with Ms. Ellis proposals for organizing CASE's access to CPRT materials without the need of formal discovery, and we therefore respectfully l
