NRC License SNM-1097, Docket 70-1113 With reference to activites authorted by NRC License SNM-1097 at GE's Nuclear Energy Production (NEP) facility in Wilmington, NC, GE is submitting the attached extension request to the FNMCP pursuant to 10 CFR 70.34.
Pursuant to 10 CFR2.790(d), GE requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since the attachment identifies details of GE's measurement control program for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
