informed your Company of their approval of your application dated April 20. 1984 and issued Amendment No. 58 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-2 for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Unit No. 1.
A Class 11 fee ($1,200) was remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR i
-170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee-($4,000) is appropriate since the changes were more than admin-istrative in nature. Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the additional sum of $2,800 to this office.
