Dear Mr. Lawless:
This is in response to your letter dated September 23, 1985, in which you requested,' pursuant 'to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company's (CEI) Deviation Analysis Reports 4
(DARs).
During a telephone conversation with Dick Knop and Nina Toms, you were informed that the requested reports are internal CEI reports and only a very few of these reports are kept at'the resident inspector's site.
Based on this in-formation, you agreed to narrow the scope of your request to a list related to the 10 CFR 50.55(e) items which appear in the SALP 5 Report for the Perry plant. Mr. Knop agreed to include on the list the pertinent reports with their dates and Public Document Room a cession numbers.
Enclosed are copies of the requested list and the related excerpt from the SALP report.
