Dear Mr. Youngblood:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Supplement I to NUREG-0737 Control Room Design Review Addendum No. 2 to the Summary Report in Reference (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) submitted Addendum No. I to the Control Room Design Review (CRDR) Summary Report.
In that Addendum, we indicated that eleven (11) checklist items pertaining to the environmental, computer and communications surveys were not yet completed, but were scheduled to be completed by the end of October,1985. These items were completed as scheduled, and are discussed in summary fashion in the attached Addendum No. 2 to the CRDR Summary Report.
This submittal completcs any outstanding items related to the CRDR for Millstone Unit No. 3.
We trust that this submittal provides sufficient information to obviate the need for the proposed CRDR license condition contained in Reference (2).
