Supplementary informt. ion: Enclosed for your information and comment by May 30, 1997, is the draft Office of State Programs internal Procedure D.7 - Procedure for Reviewing State Regulations, included as Appendix A is asft Guidance to Agreement States for Submitting Regulations for NRC Staff Review. The guidance document is used by NRC staff, Agreement States, and States seeking an Agreement and pertains to the preparation, submittal, and review of proposed and final Agreement State regulations.

enclosed documents when the Staff Requirements Memorandum on SECY-97-054 is received. The guidance will be revised at that time to reflect these changes.
