Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response to your application of August 30, 1985.

i The amendment modifies the Technical Specifications (TS) to (1) correct

} typographical errors; (2) remove reference to three loop operation; l

(3) modify the Safety Injection Actuation signal setpoint and (4) modif

the refueling parameters for (a) the Linear Heat Generation Rate limit, (LHGR)y (b) the control rod moti6n-related peaking multipliers, (c) the method of combining independent uncertainty parameters applied to measured LHGR, and

(d) maximum core inlet temperature.
